Customer Service

A virtual reality arcade in Santa Monica is looking to hire a full-time or part-time arcade attendant who will be primarily providing customer support and secondarily handling front desk responsibilities. If you enjoy being in a team-oriented working environment and are attentive and motivated, we are eager to meet you!
Please note that this is NOT a leadership position. Don't worry, you will receive training for your tasks.
General
* Provide timely assistance to customers
* Maintain arcade cleanliness
Arcade Attendant
* Equip and set up for customers to enter VR
* Switch game/equipment for customers
* Be familiar with all games
Front Desk
* Greet all customers with exceptional customer service
* Be familiar with the arcade pricing structure, waiver, and games offered
* Handle monetary transactions
