As a restaurant crew member, your roles and responsibilities typically include the following: Operations: Working on day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning. Cooking, cleaning & prepping for orders in timely manner and follow the manager's direction Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address their needs. Monitor and improve service quality to enhance the customer experience. Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
