Crew Member
Part-Time Crew Member 20 - 30 hours a week.
This is a valued position at Landline Doughnuts & Coffee, a position that directly interacts with customers. Order fulfillment, cashier, barista assistance, doughnut finishing as well as dough preparation, peeling potatoes, prepping soft serve and washing dishes. Meeting cleanliness standards is an on-going team effort. Your tasks throughout your shift will vary. This is some of what you can expect when you work at Landline Doughnuts & Coffee.
Basic food preparation and/or customer service experience is preferred however not required. All crew members are provided training in tasks assigned including customer care.
The applicant for this position must be at least 15 years old, prepared to be on their feet and comfortable muti-tasking. Shifts may vary with weekend and holiday hours. A positive attitude and a willingness to accept feedback from peers is required. We are a small family-owned business that needs you to be dependable, a self-starter and to do your best every day.
Base compensation is 11.00 to 12.00 dollars an hour plus pooled tips. This payment structure has benefited our employees, the community is very excited about our shop being open so they are tipping generously.
