ABOUT US: Ozner Family Chiropractic is proud to serve the Broward County community for the past 7 years. We are one of the largest family Chiropractic offices in Broward County. We have a reputation of providing exceptional customer service and patient care. Our patients truly feel like an extension of our family as some have been with us since day one!

THE POSITION: We are looking to expand our team as our practice continues to grow. Our ideal candidate is an individual who not only is self-motivated and loves to serve people with a compassionate heart but who is also detailed oriented, open-minded, eager to learn new information and passionate about health and community.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must enjoy working with others and confident working independently

  • Must be comfortable in a high volume office

  • Must be outgoing and willing to communicate in professional and proficient manner with people daily

  • Will be required to learn/comprehend and articulate information on Chiropractic

  • Must be proactive and solution oriented

  • Must have background in financial interactions and managing payments

  • Must have own transportation to and from work

  • Must have strong knowledge and comfort with computers and technology

  • Must be comfortable with an electronically run office

  • Spanish Speaking is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide 5 star, professional and personal customer service when interacting with patients in person or over the telephone

  • Greet / check in & out patient, verify insurance information

  • Perform consultations & health assessments with new & existing patients (gather health history, goals, questions/concerns to better assist the doctor when he evaluates the patient)

  • Manage the doctor's schedule, assists practice members in scheduling appointments, determines availability and confirms appointments to make sure patients are on time

  • Collect and processes payments from patients, audits patient accounts to ensure everyone is in good financial standing

  • Assist the front desk by handling phone calls, making follow-up calls, emails, scanning, faxing and other administrative tasks

  • Keep the office clean and presentable, doing spot cleaning throughout the day and thorough cleaning at the end of each business day

  • Follow HIPAA laws regarding sharing of personal medical information

Employee Hours:

Monday: 8:00am - 1:00pm | 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Tuesday: 1:00pm - 7:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am - 1:00pm | 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Thursday: 1:00pm - 7:00pm

Friday: CLOSED

*Please note: additional hours available based on administrative clinic tasks and requirements
