Computer Repair Technician
We are currently looking only for an experienced iPhone Tech. Must know how to fix and repair all iPhones up to iPhone 13 Max. as well as Samsung and other Android devices. Would like someone that can also repair iPads, Tablets, Watches and MacBooks preferably. If you only have some of these skills still apply and we can get you trained on the rest. If you are also fluent in PC repairs or soldering / rework experience that would be a plus as well but not required for this position. Pay would depend on experience and quality of work.
As a technician, it is your job to stay up to date on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry. This will ensure that you are prepared to repair these devices when they arrive at our location. A technician should not only have the ability to repair any device that comes through the door, but they should also be comfortable with cross training other employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Computers, Cell Phone, Tablets, and Electronics Repair experience is required or equivalent.
Knowledge and Understanding of Andriod and IOS
Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS Operating systems, Cell Phones and Mobile Technologies
Exceptional customer service attitude
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, Sales or customer service is a plus
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is a plus
Must be able to work INDEPENDENTLY and as a team member
Professional Demeanor at all times
