Barista

If you have a previous barista experience - great! If you don't have any experience, don't worry - we provide PAID training for all. We will train how to use the POS (register), make juices, smoothies and everything else on the menu, prep the food and keep the store clean. So, if you think you are a fast learner, can greet our customers and complete their checkout in an efficient and friendly manner, maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times - then you should join our Robeks team. We will teach the rest.
The ideal candidate for this position can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and help the customers in friendly manner.
Operate the POS. Be responsible and accountable for the assigned money drawer
Understand and communicate all store promotions to the customers
Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures
Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner
QUALIFICATIONS
No previous experience is needed but is a plus.
Good communication skills, verbal and written (English is a must).
Some math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Able to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
