Bakery Assistant
Hi, I'm Anne, the owner of the gourmet chocolate chunk cookie company Rebel Daughter Cookies (@rebeldaughtercookies) in Norwalk, CT and we are looking to expand our team! We have a great work culture based on kindness and inclusion and a work hard/play hard mentality. We work with a sense of urgency and "can do" attitude but you can always find us laughing and joking around. This is a part-time contract (1099) position and we are looking for availability as follows: Tuesdays: 8/9am-12pm/mid afternoon; Wednesdays and Thusdays: 9/10am-mid afternooon; and some Friday mornings especially as we get busy around the holidays. Starting pay is based on experience but I give raises and promote according to willingness to learn/merit and length of time with our company. We cannot guarantee hours as it's based on demand for the week, but we will likely need you for sure Wed/Thursday. Tuesdays are likely needed at least for the next month.
