Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement a comprehensive program of instruction in alignment with the

company's philosophy, goals, and objectives.

 Prepare purposeful and effective lesson plans that incorporate appropriate teaching strategies

and optimize student engagement.

 Deliver subject matter content to students in a manner that maximizes learning opportunities,

incorporating real-world, application-based examples.

 Employ a variety of student learning modalities within each lesson, employing differentiated

instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

 Stay current with subject matter knowledge and learning theories, and actively contribute to the

continuous improvement of our teaching practices.

 Cultivate a classroom environment that fosters learning and is suitable for the maturity level and

interests of the students.

 Foster positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience and nurturing behavior to

support their growth.

Instructional Planning:

 Develop lesson plans that adhere to established guidelines and goals.

 Demonstrate evidence of thorough preparation for assigned classes upon request by

supervisory personnel.

 Take necessary precautions to safeguard supplies, equipment, materials, and facilities required

for the successful implementation of the instructional program.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Experience:

Procreate digital art: 1 year (Preferred)

Drawing: 1 year (Required)
