Appointment Setter
The Renewable Solar Energy sector is experincing historic growth worldwide. That is why more and more homeowners are switching to clean energy. It is time to enter this business and learn all the technical and sales knowledge in the solar world, starting as an Appointment Setter.
The mission is to speak with homeowners to schedule appointments, in which our Home Solar Experts will conduct a full benefit analysis on converting to solar energy.
An Appointment Setter executes the team's offense. His or her goal is to prepare the first touch, open the field, and set up or Home Solar Experts for success. Because of this responsibility, you need to have strong communication skills while leading the offense and making quick decisions in the field. We will give you all the tools you need to be successful.
Experience is not required, but vision, courage and competence are required to start a sales career in the solar energy business.
There are 2 payment options:
Option 1. The payment is $20.00 per hour plus commission. With this option, the promoter will earn an average of $ 20/25 per hour
Option 2: The payment is 100% commission for the sale made of the scheduled appointments and that the solar specialist closes the sale. With this option the best setter / promoters earn $ 75 / hour or much more.
A good full-time setter can earn an average part-time $7,000. Full time, you can do between $90,000 and $120,000 a year!
Requirements:
Great communication skills
We are open to candidates seeking full or part time employment.
Previous door-to-door experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Physical ability to work standing up.
