NOW HIRING: Front Desk Ambassador Position/Part Time PLUS
Womens Embodied Movement Studio is looking for qualified candidates with experience in these areas: Customer Service, Membership Sales, Appointments, Communication and Outreach
Requirements:
• Must be willing to work on site in our San Francisco location.
• Must have one’s own computer to work from when working remotely
• Some evening and weekend availability is required
• Sales Skills and Background - Must be comfortable making phone calls, regularly reaching out to leads, and following a strong sales funnel.
• People Skills - Must genuinely like people! Be Outgoing, Fun, & have Magnetic Personality
• Leadership & communication skills to ensure that Sisters in Motion reaches its growth goals through daily appointment setting, new membership sales, in house events and outreach.
• Reliable: Must have own transportation, be one time, & able to ensure that the day to day operations of Sisters in Motion follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Caring & Detail Oriented: Help foster a superior client experience for our members & provide “Excellent Customer Service Always.” Attention to detail is essential.
• Patience & Flexibility - Must be able to roll with an ever changing environment with ease, grace and humility.
• Be FUN, High Energy, & Willing & Able to share the mission, programs, & success stories of S Factor & Sisters in Motion on social media, at outreach, & events
Technical Skills & Additional Requirements
+ MindBody knowledge a PLUS!
+ Some College/College Degree preferred (Flexible hours are great for Grad/University students)
+ MS Office, Google Drive, or similar suite of programs, especially Excel/Spreadsheets
+Comfortable using (or learning) Customer Relations Management Software/databases. (Sisters in Motion will provide training)
Compensation
$17-$18 per hour PLUS Sales Bonuses
Flexible schedules & weekly/monthly opportunities to grow & earn more
