After-School Aid
The French American Academy is currently seeking English and French-speaking Aides for its Afterschool Program
Qualifications:
· Over 21 years of age preferred.
· Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must have previous experience working with children.
· Have a neat appearance, and a courteous manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide students with the appropriate supervision
· Lead activities while providing a clean, safe, and caring atmosphere for children.
· Prepare activities that are developmentally appropriate for the age of the children.
· Communicate with the parents at daily pick-up.
· Trainings provided
Proficiency in French is a plus
Work Hours and Compensation:
The position is a part time position.
Pay: $17.50 per hour
The French American Academy is a bilingual and international school with three campuses in New Jersey, Englewood, Jersey City and Hoboken. We welcome students from PK through 8th grade.
