Caring Transitions of South Birmingham helps seniors by reducing the stress when it is time to downsize and move by offering a service that professionally manages and completes the entire process from the move/resettle to the liquidation of the home. We are seeking an administrative assistant that will work from home and assist with scheduling, project planning, respond to calls, emails and texts. This is not a fixed schedule position and the hours can be adjusted to meet the lifestyle of a retired individual, a parent, or a student. Hours of operation are expected to be within a window of 9 am to 7 pm. Experience with Microsoft products is necessary. Preferred skills include SEO and Social Media marketing with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Starting Salary at $13.00 an hour with potential for pay raise and more hours.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
Ability to be flexible and adapt to daily schedule changes
Excellent organizational skills
Age 18 years or older with valid driver's license
Must undergo pre-employment background check
