Down-to-earth Family In Vail, CO Seeking Outdoorsy, Organized Nanny
A down-to-earth and on-the-go family based in Vail, CO is seeking a travel-ready, organized, and outdoorsy nanny to join them in caring for their 5-month-old girl!
After living in Los Angeles for a decade, this friendly family of three and their sweet senior pup is thrilled to have relocated back to their home state of Colorado where they now call the mountains of Vail home. They love being outdoors whenever possible to enjoy the sun and snow, whether hitting the slopes, heading to the pool, or playing a round of golf. Both parents work from home and enjoy traveling for both work and pleasure. They typically travel to LA once per month for about a week with plenty of notice in their schedules. They describe their daughter as “incredibly sweet and super chill,” with a big love for nap time! The whole family, pup included, is excited to welcome a developmentally-minded nanny who can provide loving care for their daughter and who can bring their organizational savvy to their bustling household!
This position is ideal for a flexible candidate who is excited to work in a warm, inclusive environment, with collaborative, hands-on parents! A love for the outdoors (both sun and snow!) will also come in handy in order to head on fun-filled outdoor adventures and enjoy all that Vail has to offer, so comfortability driving in the mountains will be important. The family hopes to work with a nanny whose sweet spot is working with infants and toddlers, in order to bring developmentally-minded activities to the day and foster a nurturing environment where she can grow and thrive. As this family is on-the-go and has many moving pieces in their home, a solid sense of organization and proactivity to be a beam of support will be highly valued! This may include child-related meal prep and laundry, light tidying and pet care for their beloved small senior pup, assisting with trip preparations and planning, and more! The family is excited to invite a nanny who wants to join them as an extension of their family for years to come.
