Wedding Coordinator
Interested in gaining experience in the wedding industry!? We are a team of of experienced wedding planners and day-of coordinators!
This Internship will help you gain insight into what it takes to be a wedding coordinator in the Hawaii wedding industry. You will learn what the day-to-day life of a wedding coordinator entails. You will assist with administrative duties, learn our organizational process for clients, create wedding day timelines, learn about vendor interactions and relations, and become familiar with writing professional emails.
You will also gain real-life experience assisting wedding coordinators on the wedding day, including assisting and managing the setup and breakdown of events.

This position requires a personal laptop and personal vehicle (to go to and from wedding days around the entire island)!
Must be available on Weekends and flexible with some Weekdays!
