Virtual Administrative Assistant

United Senergy Inc, is looking for a qualified Virtual Assistant intern to join our team. As Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and CEO while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, and scheduling meetings, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

This is an unpaid internship.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive business schedules and calendars, including arranging meetings, conference calls and booking appointments.
• Proofreading materials, proposals, and other documents
• filing, faxing, copying and mail distribution (often via FedEx)
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Track spending and prepare expense reports.
• Coordinating details for events
• Create, edit and forward follow up letters and forms.
• Write official, company-wide correspondence.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, using graphs, charts, and tables, etc.
• Perform market research.
• Weekly meetings
• Work Independently
• Team player

Requirement
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
• Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
• Proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly or Google Calendar)
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professionalism, maturity, ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Superior organizational skills and detail orientation
• The ability to prioritize projects and work collaboratively or independently.
• The ability to edit and proofread is highly desirable
