Are you passionate about the outdoors and interested in the art of winemaking? Join our dedicated team at Triple N Ranch Winery & Vineyard.  We're looking for hardworking individuals to fill Vineyard Worker positions in Henderson County between Tool and Trinidad, Texas.

Requirements:

• Must pass a complete background check
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Previous experience in vineyard work or agriculture is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Pruning, trellising, and canopy management
• Harvesting grapes by hand 
• Operating vineyard equipment, such as tapener, gripple and sprayers
• Adhere to spray schedule especially after each rain to ovoid fungus disease
• General maintenance of vineyard infrastructure
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures
