Responsibilities
The primary focus of our crew members is to deliver a world class customer service experience to all our customers, every time. Educate potential members on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club and effectively sell memberships to new customers. Always maintain the first-class brand standard while constantly looking for ways to improve the quality and cleanliness of the wash and the grounds.
Hospitality - Bringing a positive and enthusiastic energy to guest visiting our business. This includes a friendly greeting and smile, with a fond farewell for all guests.
Quality - Knowing and understanding the complete list of our Unlimited Wash Club benefits and be able to explain the benefits to customers with accuracy and honesty. Ensures all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic, and correct manner. Exceeding expectations of guests by pre-cleaning vehicles, preparing them for the wash. Ensuring all concerns are addressed in a professional, diplomatic, and correct manner that matches brand standards.
Speed - Being proactive in ensuring all process are running smoothly. Assisting other team members and guest with other roles as needed. Maintaining an efficiency rating of 95% while loading guest vehicles safely into the car wash.
Safety - Completing personal training guides assigned by leadership within the specified time frame to ensure your knowledge of the wash provides the safest environment to work in. Guiding guest into the car wash tunnel safely, paying particular attention to customers who need special wash modifications for their vehicles. Monitoring guest throughout their wash experience. Engage in ongoing training to improve safety practices.
Cleaning - Be responsible for cleaning equipment, grounds, and facility to our high standards during each shift.

1. Excellent customer service skills (World class).
2. Strong work ethic, high energy level, and a positive attitude.
3. Motivated to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Strong oral communication skills.
5. Self-direction and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment achieving common goals.
6. Dependable and goal oriented.
7. Pursuit of continuous improvement with constructive criticism
8. Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes.
9. Sales experience preferred
10. Must have a love of working outdoors and reliable transportation
11. Frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
We Offer
1. Competitive Pay ($15 p/h) + COMMISSION + BONUS (AVERAGE TEAMEMBER MAKES $19 - $22 p/h)
