Job Description

Kiki Vodka Company is currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Determined to grow market share in all segments of the business, Sales Representatives are responsible for growing the company’s wholesale business through new account openings, managing and growing existing accounts, and promoting and assisting in marketing activities where beneficial to growing the brand. In addition, Sales Representatives identify new business and product opportunities to increase market share while building and maintain relationships with accounts and retailers. The Sales Representative works independently under the loose general guidance of the management team and in cooperation with other sales representatives.

Kiki Vodka Company was founded in 2017 and is Philadelphia’s fastest growing brand with accelerating brand recognition and presence in high-volume, high-visibility accounts. This momentum is growing and helping open doors to new accounts. We are increasing our production capacity to accommodate growing sales volumes and looking to add new outside sales representatives to our team.

Daily Duties, Functions, Responsibilities:

Identify and maintain an active list of target accounts that align with our brand.
Conduct account research and gain intelligence to create a sales strategy.
Maintain a regular relationship with established accounts to manage orders and find new opportunities for sales growth inside those accounts.
Work with our marketing team to bolster our digital advertising efforts by curating content and contributing ideas to expand brand recognition.
Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss selling strategies, market intelligence, upcoming product plans, pricing programs, and other important information.
Secure menu features, back bar placement, and promotions to bring brand awareness in on-premise retail accounts.
Increase brand presence in the marketplace by facilitating promotional and tasting events each month.
Participate in new product launches, promotions and events.
Other duties as assigned.

Physical Conditions:

Work takes place in variety of environments throughout assigned market.
Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Requires local travel up to a few hours per day.
Ability to move products and fulfill other physical requirements including: repetitive lifting, bending and pulling/pushing.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong time and project management skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload.
Effective verbal communication skills and outgoing personality
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to develop and grow strong customer relationships.

Education and Experience:

Previous sales experience is ideal but a passion for our products and industry is crucial.
Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Have reliable transportation to travel to and from various locations.
