Social Worker
Job Description Looking for a Part-time Social Worker: Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Direct practice:
Provide individual counseling and case management
Facilitate large and small group counseling (individually or with co-facilitator)
Attend all days the center is open
Collaborate with staff on needs of seniors, families and community
Ensure all case notes, bio psycho-socials and goal plans are completed and of high quality
Develop direct reports to improve their practice
Create Service Plans for senior participants
Ensure data collection is timely and accurate
Qualifications * Must possess a LMSW or LCSW
Ability to work in fast-paced environment required
Must be flexible, adaptability with a can-do attitude
Bilingual (Hindi/Gujarati) a plus
Must be able to pass criminal background check
Hours: * Part-time, 1-3 days a week and some extra days if required.
Year-round position
