U-LUV Foods is a start-up CPG Food Brand in Broomfield, Colorado that specializes in natural & organic snacks (cookies). At U-LUV Foods, we've developed products that are innovative to fit where market trends are going.
Our products are a #1 new release on Amazon Prime, and will be featured in Whole Foods stores starting in July 2020. We have also been featured in The Daily Camera (Boulder, CO), Broomfield Enterprise and The Denver Post.
Our mission at U-LUV Foods is to create great-tasting snacks that contribute to compassionate causes. 10% of sales goes to various compassionate organizations, such as Denver Dream Center. Needless to say, we're are growing and in need of some an awesome Social Media / Marketing whiz to help manage the digital side of our brand. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience with an accelerating brand and a great opportunity to be creative with us in the food industry. Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities:
-Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
-Brainstorms campaign ideas.
-Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
-Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
-Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
-Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
-Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
-Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
-Assists in creating performance reports.
Work Hours and Benefits:
This role most-likely will be a remote opportunity and probably 10-20 hours a week. It's not as much about the time spent as much as creating awesome content and helping develop our social media presences. This job can be done around school work and the ideal candidate will feel marketing is their calling.
Most of the content we have on file but we want someone creative enough to make our social platforms spot-on but also savy enough to understand how to track analytics and drum-up campaign ideas. You will be working closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure all job description requirements are met. This will be 1V1 (phone calls, talk through day) so there will be plenty of opportunity to see how a start-up culture looks, feels and you'll have an intricate part in us establishing that in our marketing efforts. This job won't be sitting in a cubicle wondering when your "boss" has something for you to do.
