For publishers, our services include providing eBook Conversion services, global distribution, Royalty reporting, and e-commerce solutions. We have developed our own CMS (Content Management System) to sell online Print / eBook editions. For authors, we provide a wide variety of services including file conversions, eBook distribution, cover designs, and even marketing assistance. It is our mission to become the official one-stop-shop for everyone’s self-publishing needs.

About this Job:

eBooks2go is a fast-growing hybrid publisher located in Schaumburg, IL looking for a Sales Intern.


- Assist customers with any questions they may have coming in from our website.

- Assist customers with account set up and any account questions.

- Assist customers calling in with questions.

- Setting up meetings for the sales team.

- Making phone calls and sending emails to distribution channels and outreach to new clients.

- Assisting with book distribution and circulation.

- Research accounts online and assisting the team on new projects.

- Brainstorm with the team regarding campaign ideas.


- Must be comfortable with telephone interactions; making and receiving calls.

- Enjoys helping people to the fullest.

- Deadline-driven. Works with a sense of urgency.

- Strong phone skills and etiquette.

- Confident verbal, written, and illustrate communication skills.

- Strong Organizational skills and accountability.- able to meet deadlines and keep managing team informed of progress.

- Previous experience in the book industry or publishing preferred.

- Majoring in Communications or Business degree.

- Energetic, creative, and eager to learn.

- Self-Motivated.

- Passionate about books! Must love books!

eBooks2go is looking for applicants for a Sales Intern, a go-getter! Qualified candidates are with a customer service background who possess strong communication and writing skills, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for the publishing industry. Other preferred experience includes fluency in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
