Sales, Adm Assistant

We seek a special person to join our team and grow into a full time clinical/administration support person. Entry level paid part time which will evolve to full time.

This person should have a college degree and be looking to enter pharmaceutical industry.
1- Great outgoing personality
2- Go getter- follows directions - takes initiative.
3- Good computer skills - Data Entry
4- Good telephone skills answering phones and converting calls to participants.
5- Track down medical records
6- Data Entry - support to clinical coordinators.
7- Good organizational skills
8- Office 360
9- Help our clients feel welcomed - coordinate appointments - follow up on cancellations.
10- Basic Accounting skills - invoicing, posting
