Come join our growing office team and learn how multiple departments operate at DRF: customer service, billing and permitting. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The right individual will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role with DRF (part time or full time) when the internship is complete.
The Front Desk / Customer Service Representative will:
Ensure partners, guests and interviewees are greeted and screened
Provide exceptional customer service
Complete projects for the billing, customer service and purchasing team
Successful Intern will have:
Ability to prioritize
Great communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work as a team
3+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Type 35+ WPM
