Assistant to Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
Assists Quality Assurance Manager in planning and coordination of quality assurance programs at the direction of Quality Assurance Manager.
General Accountabilities
• Assists Quality Assurance Manager in implementing company quality procedures, standards and specifications.
· Assists Quality Assurance Manager in ensures customer requirements are met.
• Attains knowledge of quality requirements of materials with suppliers to assist Quality Assurance Manager in implementation of those requirements.
· Investigates and implements standards for quality and health and safety.
Assists Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with regulations.
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance Manager to implement procedures, standards, and systems.
· Assists Quality Assurance Manager in the production of technical reports.
• Identifies any issues requiring change and provides Quality Assurance Manager with recommendations for improvement in performance and quality.
• Records statistical information and provides it to Quality Assurance Manager for analyzes and distribution of information.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager or upper

Job Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
· Experience: One to two years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including complex problem solving
· Good judgment and decision making and critical thinking skills
• Possesses ability for quality control analysis and monitoring
