Arizona Family Solutions" Organization is a Private Organization. that works with Individuals and families the Agency is based out of Arizona but works remotly. the organization helps Families and individuals with Disabilities get the proper services they need. Arizona Family Solutions workes with The Divison of Developmental Disabilities. as well as other non Profit Organiztions to assist Individuals and there families. Arizona Family Solutions offers a Variety of services to individuals and there Families. The agency Employees are all volunteers and they all dedicate there time to serve individuals with Disabilities and there families. everyone that works for Arizona Family Solutions wants to see individuals and there Families get the best service possible and get there needs met in the most Appropriate way.
Arizona Family Solutions Program Director Position
As the Arizona Family Solutions Program Director you will be the head of the Arizona Family Solutions Management level Staff have oversight of 20 to 25 staff and have oversight of all program and services and business activities on the management and staff level
Operations Management focuses on efficiently meeting the needs of our clients families across various lines of business
•
Conduct assessments of all employees and have monthly staff meetings with all 4 departments
•
Collects and evaluates data obtained through interview, history review, and observation to assist in development of appropriate interventions for members clients and families
Report to the Agency Executive Director and other Administrative members to ensure that service and program and service development and delivery are running smoothly and give reports that staffs work productivity are at its best
•
results that assess of clients members and families to ensure that there needs are being met and that services are delivered fairly appropriately and efficiently
•
Collaborates with professionals providing psychological services to participants to ensure coordination of care
Attend management and administrative meetings that involve the division of developmental disabilities and have correspondence with many DDD agencies/contracted vendors and DDD employees
Build and maintain positive professional relationships with DDD Agencies and DDD employees as well as Arizona Family Solutions staff clients members and families
Position requirements
1. Must be familiar with The state of Arizona social service system the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
2. Must have 5 to 6 years working with individuals with disabilities and families or in human services.
3. Must be willing to work as a volunteer or intern volunteer requirements are 4 to 5 hours a week
4. Must have primary employment that gives you good compensation before applying for this position due to it being a volunteer position.
5. Must be willing to work with peers and coworkers that have developmental disabilities.
6. Most have 3 to 4 years of Behavioral Health knowledge and experience
7. Most have 3 to 4 years working in management
