Marketing Intern

About the role - 20-25 hours per week paid marketing internship

We are looking for an energetic, proactive marketing division here at Cohealo. Your job will be to provide multi-faceted support to the marketing team, including assisting with the design and execution of custom marketing campaigns to enterprise health care accounts, conducting strategic market research, and supporting general sales and marketing activities. You will also be a central part of assisting with the event marketing strategy, shipping materials, coordinating tradeshow assets, and traveling on-site to support our exhibiting. This is a great position for a rising senior or recent college graduate looking for highly relevant, tactical marketing experience.

You are a strong communicator who is able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business. You are detail oriented and able to execute projects effectively and on time. You are able to identify the tasks needed to complete a project and take action on them.

Cohealo is a remote-first company, but we have a fun and engaging culture and there is opportunity to travel as part of the role. Candidates must also be based on Boston as they will need to handle shipping for our events.

Job Responsibilities

Organize tradeshow materials, shipping, booth setup, and team meeting coordination. You will travel to San Diego, CA, Nashville, TN, and Chicago, IL to support these efforts.
Assist in the development of marketing lists, segmentation, and email marketing strategy
Build reports in Excel as needed
Conduct market research and maintain integrity of Cohealo’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management database)
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Partner with the Sales and Business Development teams on creative, outbound messaging to engage prospective clients
Qualifications

Extremely detail-oriented
Ability to “figure stuff out” – get on the phone, call around, get answers. You’ll be doing a lot of that.
Writing experience
Understand basic functionality in Excel
Previous marketing experience desired
Healthcare experience desired
Compensation & Benefits

$15/hour for 20-25 hours/week plus a flat rate when you travel with the company (travel, food, and hotel covered by Cohealo as well)
