Paid Internship

Candidates must have a minimum of four completed years of college and be working on a
master�s or MBA degree. Business or Real Estate major is preferred.�You do not need to be
currently enrolled. You do need to have a fascination for real estate and be self-motivated.
Candidates must have excellent English skills--both written and spoken. Candidates must be
licensed to drive in California.
Office hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. ------------
Our core competencies include�Asset Management, Business Planning & Corporate Structuring,
Multifamily and Commercial Asset Underwriting, Operational Management, Financial
Modeling, Brokerage & Financial Support Services, and Business Development. We service all
aspects of the real estate industry.
The intern will assist with projects in one or more of the foregoing categories + develop their
skills in (1) real estate investment & management, (2)� operational management and (3) business
support services.
This is a part-time, 12-month commitment�you can work remotely. For those who are currently
enrolled, we are flexible and will work around your academic schedule.

Please note we pay $15.00 per hour for 50% of your time when you are of benefit to the
company. When you are in training (in the first 6 months), you do not receive pay.
