The Drivosity Operations Support Specialist, assists the operations manager in day to day operations of Drivosity. The role of the Operations Support Specialist assists in performing, organizing, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors. Interact with clients, implement Drivosity, resolve problems, and provide information.
-Support Drivosity in day to day operations
-Ensure quality Tier-1 and Tier-2 support to customers
-Assist in monitoring and support of customer infrastructure systems and applications
-Document and implement internal improvements to processes to meet our service levels
-Oversee and Implement Drivosity Installations
-Ensure Drivosity installs/ TV services are complete day to day
-Communicate day to day progress of projects and operational needs to management
-2-5 years of experience in customer service with 1-2 years of team leadership experience
-Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field is a plus
-Experience in IT service industry is a definite plus
-Strong customer service skills
-Ability to excel in a fast-paced company with minimal day to day supervision
-Critical thinking skills with operational problem-solving abilities
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Energetic with strong interpersonal skills
