Job Description
WANTED: MEDIA BROADCAST INTERNS who are passionate about production, on-air talent, editing and working on a broadcast sound stage to work with Dream Productions TV.

INTERNSHIP:
VIDEO PRODUCTION (experience is a plus but not necessary). We will be working with BLACK MAGIC and Newtek Tricaster at Zacuto Studios (401 W Ontario).
Intern Schedule will be some weekdays with possible weekend broadcast productions. We will agree on the winter schedule based on the team of interns.
Goals of Internship:
� To gain control-room knowledge and live production experience.
� Exposure to day-to-day operations in the Production Department as well as all aspects of business development and television broadcasting.
� Opportunity to establish relationships with content producers, marketing and social media professionals.
Duties:
� Edit, publish, and manage both written, social and video content
� Cover live events and studio shows from the production studio, publishing video highlights, interviews, reels and written recaps.
� Share and stream video content creation on different social media outlets.
� Utilize good judgment and preparation toward prioritizing and selecting content from a variety of sources.
� Support production crew in the control room
� Keep current on image trends, photographers, and illustrators.
� Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
� Willingness to learn
� Self-starter, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects at once.
� Excellent time management skills.
� Reliable and creative with a strong work ethic.
� Basic understanding of content management systems, publishing content to a website
� Familiarity with business applications (Word, Excel) and presentation applications such as PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
� Motivated self-starter who can work independently but also enjoys collaboration.
� Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback fluidly, communicate design decisions, and iterate on tight timelines
� A passion for brand integrity and good attention to detail.
� Able to commit approximately up to 10-15 hours a week, minimum of 6 hours per week.
� Possible availability for some weeknight and weekend events which will be discussed well in advance.

She has been a regular contributor for years on nationally syndicated Better TV, more than a dozen appearances on NBC Today Show, Steve Harvey and local NBC and FOX Chicago.
