Whether you want to learn Sales, Marketing, or even a Trade , you will have an opportunity to do this all while also earning commission of all new business brought in.
Work directly with the owners of the company, the VP of Sales, and the lead technician to gain a summer of knowledge that will set you up for greatness.
No Sales or Marketing training needed as we will train you on site using the methods of one of the most successful Restoration sales Guru's in the US.
What You'll Do:
Offer ideas to develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels
Learn the ins and outs of the business to help spread knowledge to potential partners
Make 5-10 stops a day, marketing the brand
From Cold calling to social media marketing, you will get your feet wet with it all
We plan on working around your strengths and helping you grow in areas that need work!
What Will Set You Up for Success:
A high school diploma or GED is required
You have taken marketing courses or have prior experience working in a marketing or sales environment
A strong desire to learn coupled with professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques across multiple platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for the marketing, sales, and Trade industries and their best practices
Hours and Compensation:
We are looking for an intern to work with us for three months over the summer
You will receive compensation of 10% commission
You will be expected to work 15-25 hours per week for the duration of the internship
Location is Monmouth and Middlesex counties
