Internship - Construction Management
We are looking for someone passionate about the Commercial Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry who would like to learn in a real-life in person office setting a variety of project/construction related tasks. This includes project coordination, equipment/furniture orders from vendors, weekly client meetings, making real estate proposals, creation of project scheduling/budgets/equipment lists, and more.

life.
To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to learn and help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.
We provide training with all tasks for this unpaid internship.
The ideal candidate will be a college student or a recent graduate in the fields of construction management, architectural, engineering, or a similar related field.
- Work and learn from our Construction Manager to support the progression of projects from concept to construction.
- Learn the creation of schedules, budgets, equipment lists, etc. for projects (Knowledge of MS Projects, MS Office a plus).
- Work with Construction Manager to facilitate Plan Submittal and City Review process on an as-needed basis.
- Creation and distribution of Weekly Reports and Meeting Summaries to clients.
- Assist with project administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties assigned.
