Intern
LA+NY based design firm is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Design Intern in Los Angeles. Candidates must have relevant education and/or work experience in the interior design field. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, comfortable working on multiple projects at once, highly self-motivated and an effective communicator.
Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:
Obtaining quotes from vendors and contractors
Sourcing of materials / FF+E
Organizing office sample and fabric libraries
Assisting the design team and project managers with FF+E purchasing (tracking and installation)
Creating drawings and renderings for project presentations
Assisting in the setup of client presentations
Assist in day to day office tasks and errands
Job site visits
JOB REQUIREMENTS
� The candidate must be extremely organized and excellent communication skills.
� Proficiency in AutoCAD
� Proficiency in Sketchup
� Prior work experience is a plus!
