JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Assists with steps in recruitment and interview procedures including job postings, reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens and in-person interviews. Tracks the status of candidates in ATS. Understand the practical application of employment law and compliance. Assist with miscellaneous special projects as needed; recruiting and retention project group. Other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES:
Possess strong customer service and people skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task and work collaboratively as well as independently in a dynamic environment, proficient in Microsoft Office and internet savvy. Experience with running Social Media Campaigns Preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in the fast-paced work environment and possess attention to detail. Desire to work independently and with confidential material.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
