This role would begin in early January 2022. On the job training would be ongoing with HR Manager and HR Generalist. This role reports directly to the HR Manager, and President.
A Day in the Life of the HR Assistant:
· Posting job orders to job boards
· Writing job postings for open jobs
· Tracking all internal open jobs in ATS System
· Communicating with Account Directors, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiters
· Maintaining Excel spreadsheet tracking open job orders/interviews/placements
· Assisting with internal project based activities
Critical traits you must possess in order to be considered for our opportunity are:
· 2+ years toward Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business field completed
· Strong Microsoft Office Skills
· Excel Spreadsheet competency
· Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
· PC proficiency
*Internship can be for school credit, or experience depending on need of candidate
