Remote Job Description Details
The Prospect Hill Foundation started operating remotely on March 15, 2020 and will continue to work remotely for the foreseeable future. There is a chance that we will return to the office full or part time during the duration of your internship, but the details of this are unclear at this moment.
While this is mostly a remote position, we may require you to go into the office no more than once a week and no less than once a month. We work in a midtown Manhattan office building. Our building management has made several changes to the building since the pandemic started. These changes include: new filtration systems in the air vents that are changed ever 6 months; access to hand sanitizer; more frequent cleaning of public spaces; and social distancing precautions.
The Prospect Hill Foundation offices have made their own changes to keep our office safer, including; constant access to hand sanitizer and lotion, an air purifier, disinfecting wipes, and keyless entry.
While in the office, masks and social distancing are required. Frequent hand sanitizing and washing is encouraged. Our office never has more than three people in it at a time.
