Our promotional marketing company has an immediate opening for Communications Assistants. Our company uses a customer-friendly, direct, results-driven approach to marketing. In this role you will work directly with the Marketing Manager handling brand representation and client relations on behalf of our client accounts. 

Communications Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and execute projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager 
  • Effectively communicate with clients to establish a positive brand image to the public 
  • Provide information about our clients programs and services 
  • Participate in team building activities 

Communications Assistant Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or Customer Service is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Adaptable, dependable, and responsible
