We are health-driven fast-casual restaurant serving the freshest wraps, salads, and bowls. Based out of Miami, Florida, we are excited to be opening new locations throughout South Florida. We are hiring and want you on our team!

FOH Responsibilities- Include but are not limited to the following:

Cash Handling Procedures.
Greet all guests with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Assist team with daily operations.
Take orders and receive payment for transactions.
Clean and stock guest areas.
Maintain a clean and organized dining room experience
Prep food, drink, and other items as required.
Clean, sanitize, and keep food areas stocked.

FOH Qualifications & Skills- Include but are not limited to the following:

Friendly and enthusiastic personality and attitude
Guest orientated
Great communication and listening skills.
Team focused

BOH Responsibilities- Include but are not limited to the following:

Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
Cut and prepare food according to recipes
Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
Maintain accurate food inventories
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
Rotate stock items as per established procedures
Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

BOH Qualifications & Skills- Include but are not limited to the following:

1+ years experience as a Cook in the fast-casual restaurant industry. It is a plus but not necessary. We train you!
Able to read and follow standardized recipes
Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
