Butchery Apprentice
We are a whole animal butcher and focus on locally sourced products. Whole animal butchery is somewhat of a dying art, making the opportunities to learn the craft more limited. In our shop we are always learning, and working to find new and exciting ways to use the animals and seasonal products that we have available. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a career in butchery or butchery related fields like charcuterie, and want an opportunity to learn the craft in a working environment.
