We're a busy popular multi-level rooftop restaurant, and private event space who is gearing up staffing for the summer season and looking for experienced restaurant staff with a strong background in busy high-end NYC restaurants. Ideal candidates are Polished, and Experienced.

Busser Position
Prepare dining room/ floor for patrons by setting tables with clean linens, silverware, dishes, and glassware
Maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing and/or replacing plates, silverware, glassware, and napkins as necessary.
Greet and assist with serving the guests
Cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, restrooms.
Opening and closing side work
Refilling water glasses
Supports server, bartender, or kitchen staff with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies required.
Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Previous NYC restaurant experience, at least 1 year
Available on weekends, days, nights and late nights
Must speak and understand english (multiple languages a plus)
Legal authority to work in USA
High School Diploma or equivalency

Busser Position

● Coloque las mesas con sábanas limpias, cubiertos y quite los platos sucios, cristalería y cubiertos.
● Mesas claras y limpias de platos, cubiertos y servilletas sucios
● Establecer y restablecer tablas
● Saludar y servir a los invitados
● Limpieza de estaciones laterales, pisos, muebles, baños y realizar otras tareas asignadas.
● Trabajo de apertura y cierre
● Prepara el comedor para los clientes colocando mesas y almacenando todos los suministros necesarios.
● Mantiene la configuración de la mesa al eliminar cursos terminados y reponer utensilios según sea necesario
● Relleno de vasos de agua
● Apoya al personal del servidor, camarero o cocina con la entrega de alimentos y la recuperación de los suministros necesarios
● Mantiene una estación de autobuses limpia y sanitaria.

● Experiencia previa en restaurantes de Nueva York, al menos 1 año
● Disponible los fines de semana, días, noches y hasta altas horas de la noche.
● Debe hablar y entender INGLÉS
● Autoridad legal para trabajar en EE. UU.
● Diploma de secundaria o equivalencia
