Autism Learners has a job opening for a behavior technician direct support professional. We are looking for talented, hard-working and experienced individuals to provide behavior analytic support to our clients. We look forward to speaking with you!

Job Duties

-Implement treatment plan with fidelity
-Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs with fidelity
-Complete data summary reports for assigned cases
-Meet all deadlines on or before the due date for assigned task and reports
-Attend all monthly team meetings
-Meet with the BCBA on your case at least twice per month
-Keep record of your supervision and task-related hours
-Act as a mandated reported on all cases

-High school diploma
-1+ year of experience working in the field of education, mental health or applied behavior analysis
-1+ year of experience working directly with children or adults autism and/or other related disorders
-Current CPR/First Aid certification
-Have access to modern technology devices such as a laptop, iPad, tablet, smartphone, etc. that can be used to perform day-to-day work task, on-site and off-site
-Obtain and maintain professional liability insurance
-Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and car insurance
-Must be available to work afternoon and evening hours
-Clear background check

Additional qualifications (not required)
-Baccalaureate level or higher degree and enrolled in a BACB verified course sequence, preferred
-Currently or working toward becoming a registered behavior technician (RBT)
