We are looking for an administrative individual to join our team and to help us with our intake department within FastTrack and Salesforce. We need someone who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers.
Confirming information within FastTrack
Maintains filing systems as assigned
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
Performs other related duties as assigned
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.
