I am launching a YouTube channel to teach others how to build stunning nature-immersive vacation rentals.
I just built Live Oak Lake (------------/), a 7-cabin modern tech-enabled nature-immersive retreat just outside Waco. It is fully automated, booming, and there is a substantial demand from others to learn how to do this. I am starting a YouTube channel to document the process and future projects. I will also be launching a paid course in a year that will be video-driven. I have a growing audience on Twitter: ------------/isaacfrench_
I plan to hit the ground running on YouTube and make super high quality compelling content. Robuilt and Shelby Church have somewhat similar channels. I want to grow to 1 million subscribers in 2 years.
The job could start part time to full time, depending on the candidates flexibility. I want someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in editing, and ideally with an interest in YouTube. I’m not looking for a transactional relationship with my editor, but a long term relationship. Experience in YouTube format specifically (packaging, thumbnails, strategy, etc) would be highly preferred. This could be a very lucrative position a year and beyond down the road. I’d love to share ad revenue directly with my editor as incentive.
Pay starting at $20+/hr depending on experience/skill
If all goes well and the candidate is a good fit, compensation could increase to $50K salaried within a year and $100K within 2-5 years.
