X- Ray Technician
Colorado Arthritis Associates is currently hiring for a full- time radiology technician to assist us with images in our X- Ray and MRI department. We are a busy and well established small medical office. We provide images for our patient directly on site. We have a high volume of images that we complete daily. This position would be responsible for completing all x ray imaging orders and mri imaging orders for our 4 medical providers daily. This position would also be responsible for preparing image results to be sent to our radiologist to read, send to providers to review the results, preparing a copy of the images to the patient upon their request, processing paperwork, completing paperwork for the image orders, preparing prior authorizations for specific images that their insurance company requires a prior authorization, back office task, other tasks assigned with relation to the X-ray and MRI job task. We will provide additional training for the MRI images. This is a good opportunity to learn 2 modalities on site.
The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, no weekends. This position will be eligible for benefits- Medical, Dental and Vision, Profit share. Ideal candidate must be a self starter and willing to work in a fast pace medical office. Radiology Technician credentials will be required for this position.
