Responsibilities and duties:

? Provide varied administrative support to the department, including prescreening calls and emails, maintaining department calendars, including departmental deadlines, data entry, record-keeping; filing, performing research, preparing documents and other types of correspondences as required for the efficient operation of the department.
? Perform receptionist duties, including greeting clients and visitors.
? Route, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
? Assist and direct callers and visitors to appropriate employees and departments
? Manage office supplies and inventory
? Perform administrative errands as needed.
? Monitor and manage all shipping requests in a timely manner
? Receive and track incoming deliveries and packages
? Manage distribution of new product to each department
? Unload and restock inventory shipments
? Update warehouse inventory records
? Maintain warehouse organization
? Monitor shipping and packing supplies and establish carrier relationships (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL)
? Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

� Demonstrated administrative support experience required
� Strong attention to detail.
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
� Experience using different database management systems
� Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
� Ability to multitask and prioritize workload with competing deadlines
� Ability to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
� Comfortable working both as part of a team as well as individually without direct supervision
