Veterinary Client Care Representative
TC Rehab is a fast-paced veterinary clinic that specializes exclusively in rehabilitation and sports medicine, and we are looking to add a full-time Client Care Representative to our team.
We are looking for a reliable, energetic person who is good with people, loves animals, is patient, flexible, compassionate, organized, eager to learn and able to roll with the punches.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones: receiving and checking out clients (collecting payment and scheduling appointments, fielding questions from current clients, and answering inquiries/scheduling new clients). This will be your main post!
• Greeting clients and patients as they arrive
• Counseling/educating prospective clients on our services
• Working closely with and supporting our veterinarians and technicians with any task as needed
• The ability and confidence to handle a dog or cat
• Willingness to help keep our clinic clean: this includes cleaning and sanitizing rooms between appointments, washing/drying towels, break room cleanup, disposing of waste, vacuuming, etc.
• Able to fill prescriptions
Previous experience:
• Customer Service, Administrative, or Receptionist experience: 1+ years (Required)
• Veterinary or pet industry familiarity/experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Basic computer skills required, with the ability to learn new programs (We use Cornerstone software)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $17/hour

Currently we are operating with COVID-19 precautions:
We ask you are vaccinated for COVID-19. Currently, only patients are allowed into our building for therapies, and only vaccinated clients are allowed in exam rooms—we are meeting clients at our door to retrieve our patients. Masks are currently required in rooms for all staff and clients.
Required education:
• High school or equivalent; additional education a plus
Physical requirements:
• Position is mostly sitting, must also be able to lift 25+ lbs on occasion
