Veterinary Assistant

This is a full time position as an assistant/technician to handle cats and dogs only, maintain client communication, stocking, inventory, and scheduling. The position also includes assisting with minor surgery and dental cleanings. We are willing to train the right person, but would prefer handling experience. The position is very dynamic and no two days are ever the same. We are looking for someone to stay with us long term and grow with us. Client communication is an important part of our time ensuring that the pet parents understand what is happening with their furry kids and why. Our practice also provides hospice/pawpice care and grief counseling to clients who contact us for help with the last stages of their pets lives. Check out our website for more information.
