Who we are

Healing Pines Recovery is a residential treatment center serving men suffering from addiction. HPR is on a stunning 40 Acre Ranch surrounded by pine trees with views of the Front Range. We have a personal stake in the success of others in recovery. Integrity, ethics, and morals are at the foundation of our program. We are a small, boutique-style treatment center, housing only a few clients at a time, to enhance the individualized treatment of the individuals. Healing Pines Recovery is tailored to the unique needs of men during recovery Healing Pines provides state of the art residential addiction treatment in a safe and private setting.

Co-founder, Paul, owned and operated a treatment center in California and wanted to bring his passion and skills to his home state of Colorado. Healing Pines Recovery is a new program, looking for a Clinical Director who thrives in an environment where they have the freedom to grow and change a program. We are looking for someone who shares the same enthusiasm for recovery success in others. Strong team management skills, creativity, knowledge, and ability to work with the team to make HPR the best option for men suffering from addiction are critical factors in our decision for this position.

Licensed Therapist Primary Purpose and Function

Healing Pines Recovery is a Residential Treatment Center for Adult males that suffer from the disease of addiction. We have a beautiful home for the residential center on a 40 acre Ranch. We are a new company and are looking for qualified professionals, passionate about other's success in recovery.

Candidates must be trained or have experience with substance abuse, anxiety and mood disorders. Will provide individual, group, and family therapies. Experience in DBT, EMDR, Trauma, CBT and MI are highly desirable. Therapists will treat a selected caseload male clients suffering from behavioral health and substance abuse issues. These clinicians must be able to perform bio-psychosocial assessments and participate in multi-disciplinary treatment and discharge planning for clients. Close communication with family members and referents is also required.

Therapist Minimum Qualifications

At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred
Certification as a Certified Addiction Counselor II (CAC II), Certified Addiction Counselor III (CAC III) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) preferred but not required
Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction
Experience with substance abuse disorders
Specialization in Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Addiction, Eating Disorders
Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR
Knowledge of �best practices� behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
Sound clinical judgment and decision making skills
Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele
Therapist Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Provision of individual, group, and family therapy
Timely and complete medical record documentation
Bio-psychosocial Assessment
Master treatment plan and discharge planning
Participation in UR concurrent reviews as necessary
Participation in Multi-disciplinary treatment team
Provision of in-service education for staff as requested
Participation in Peer Review process
Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and CARF accreditation regulations and standards
