Team Member
MFactor, the Bay Area’s premier meeting and incentive company, is growing and looking for a Team Member to join our Customer Service/Conference Registration Team! We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive and enjoys creating fun, engaging programs for their clients. The position requires hands-on involvement from beginning to execution of meetings, incentive programs, user conferences and virtual events. This person needs to have a passion for customer service, details and travel. This is a full- time position located in San Carlos, CA. This position requires domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Any event experience in the Registration Department of third-party meeting and incentive companies would be a HUGE PLUS.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
• The ability to understand a project from start to finish and contribute to the success overall
• The ability to communicate to program attendees, suppliers and colleagues in a precise and detailed manner
• Be the pre-program and on-site contact for attendees, whether it is in San Francisco or Italy, to create an experience that is unsurpassed
• Work closely with MFactor Team Members to coordinate all details of the program i.e., Accommodations, Activities, Transportation, etc.
• Be a “TOP DOG” when it comes to customer service
• Use Cvent Registration Platform to provide accurate reporting for events to colleagues and suppliers who will need the information to perform their duties
• Work as a team to build event websites and reporting tools through Cvent
• Growth opportunities

• Positive, Energetic, Professional Attitude
• Strong Ability to Work within a Team
• Honed Organizational Skills
• Cvent Experience and/or Certification on Cvent products
• Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Savvy
• Moderate travel to domestic and international locations
• The passion to become an expert in our field but to have the ability to continue learning
• Bachelor’s Degree a Plus
• Valid Passport
