Staff Accountant / Tax Prep Specialist (Chicago)
compensation: Full-Time Salary Position ($35-45K Starting Salary) Depending on Experience
Seeking Staff Accountant with min BS Accounting Degree and min 5 Years experience: Must have tax preparation knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Personal and Small Business Tax Preparation!

Staff Accountant Job Responsibilities:
1) Maintain office files using Tax Preparation Software as well as QuickBooks and Excel Spreadsheets. Must be computer savvy as we utilize internal office network as well as remote communication as well as using our VOIP phone system.
2) Client Scheduling - Maintain log of client files as they are submitted and completed as this may seem basic, but during tax season organization is key!
3) Normal staff accounting duties.
