Responsibilities:

• Accounting:  85%
  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Bank deposit posting
• Administrative: 15%
  • Occasional lunch pick up
  • Greet people who come through the door
  • Re-order office supplies when necessary

 Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance undergraduate degree
• Minimum 1-2 years experience
• Basic understanding of credits and debits

Schedule: M-F 9am – 5pm 

• 1-2 work from home days a week will begin once established
